• Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the estimate is given.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• We do our best to keep scheduled appointments but may reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

4. Safety & Property Access

• You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe for our crew or equipment.

5. Limitation of Liability

We take great care to protect your property; however, Zeisler Tree Service is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden underground utilities, or circumstances beyond our control.
